Commissioning · Cx
Commissioning starts from evidence, not a chase for paperwork.
Test results and sign-offs attach to the system on the drawing as they are captured.
Commissioning teams usually start by working out what is actually finished. In EIDA the answer is already there. Commissioning runs against the same live record construction built, so you see what is ready rather than what a spreadsheet says should be ready.
Activities
Templated setups map to how your project runs. Dependencies mean nothing is missed, permissions mean only the person assigned to an activity can complete it, and lockdown means nothing changes after completion without authority.
Digital checklists
Built-in logic puts the right checklist in front of the user for the task in front of them. A failed priority item raises a defect on the spot, with the photo attached, and the next team is told the moment a section is complete.
Schedule integration
Progress against schedule is visible to every stakeholder, with look-aheads that drive the weekly meeting and alerts when an activity is about to overrun. Baselines and forecasts import from P6.
After handover, the commissioning record stays with the facility. Proof of how every system was verified, not a folder handed over and forgotten.
