Computerized Maintenance Management System · CMMS
Maintenance starts with a record already built.
Every tag carries its construction and commissioning history into operations.
A new facility should not mean a new, empty maintenance system. Every tag's installation history, test results and commissioning sign-offs are already in EIDA, ready from the moment operations begins. Maintenance teams inherit evidence, not a blank slate.
Tag-level history
What it is, how it went in, who signed it off and what has been done to it since. All of it attached to the tag on the drawing, where the maintenance team is already looking.
Nothing re-entered
Equipment data is not rekeyed into a maintenance system. It is already in the record that captured it in the first place.
Into your system, or stay in EIDA
The record can feed the maintenance system you already run, or the facility can operate from EIDA directly. Either way, history goes with it.
This is what live for decades means in practice. The record built during construction becomes the record that runs the facility.
