Punches and defects
Raised on a system walkdown, during a factory acceptance test or on a site walk, every item is assigned to its system so reporting is accurate and closeout drives turnover. Items against equipment go straight to the vendor. Trade closeout performance is visible without anyone compiling it.
Digital checklists
Checklists are configured for your project, from concrete pours to equipment receipt verification. A failed priority item raises a defect on the spot, with a photo attached and the vendor informed.
Test packs
Test packs and records are fully digital and GDP compliant, supporting 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11. The rules engine stops errors before they are recorded, and completed packs populate the system turnover pack automatically.
Weld history and NDT
Full welding information management against every isometric, covering procedure, welder qualifications, material traceability and machine. NDT requisitions, results and statistics are maintained live, and reports generate by specification, system, service or welder.
After handover, the QA record becomes part of the facility's working memory. Ready for the next audit, whenever it comes.
